These very old Cabernet Sauvignon vines were previously owned by Millsreef which produced the famous Elspeth wine from this site. This has now been converted to Biodynamic status by Stonecroft.

"Dense, deep Cabernet with classic cedar, cassis, dark berry and very subtle fresh herb flavours. Quite closed at this youthful stage but with a promising future thanks to moderately assertive, graphite-like tannins."
