"Bright, even straw-yellow colour with pale golden hues. The nose is softly rich and concentrated with well-packed aromas of white and yellow stonefruits along with honied notes and yellow florals, and a suggestion of spice. Dry to taste and medium-full bodied, the palate has soft, rich flavours of white and yellow stonefruits and subtle notes of honey and exotic florals. The palate has a rounded and unctuous texture with balanced, integrated acidity, underlined by some alcoholicpower and drive. The wine flows smoothly to a lingering finish of stonefruits and honey. This is a softly rich and unctuous dry Pinot Gris with stonefruit, honey and floral flavours with good drive and smooth flowing linearity. Match with Asian and Middle Eastern cuisine over the next 3-4 years. Fruit picked over 4 passes, fermented in tank with 15% in seasoned French oak puncheons and barriques to 13.5% alc. and 4.1 g/L RS, wine aged 4 months on lees undergoing batonnage. Certified AsureQuality organic."
